Schedule an appointment 24/7

Dear patients, this booking tool is not meant to replace scheduling appointments by telephone or email. It is an additional option to conveniently arrange for an appointment 24 hours a day, seven days a week, regardless of availability of our staff at reception.

By using this booking tool, you automatically agree to a number of terms and conditions.

These are as follows:

For patients with statutory health insurance:

(For the time being) only appointments can be made for medical services that are not reimbursed by statutory health insurance companies (self-paying health care services). In order to book the appointment, the amount must be paid in advance. For patients with public insurance this is currently the skin cancer check-up (see there) and non medical removals (e.g. of benign but undesirable lesions). The time period (appointment) which you book will be reserved and kept free exclusively for you. This means that a refund of the price is NOT possible even if you do not keep the appointment. Unfortunately, the system does not allow for any re-scheduling. If during the appointment the need for additional services (diagnostics, treatments) becames apparent, we will provide these if possible immediately or in a separate appointment arranged on site. It is possible that additional costs will apply if you have additional issues that are not covered by your insurance or the appointment type you have chosen. Additional costs will only be charged if you explicitly opt for a treatment after being informed about the costs.

Please bring the booking confirmation, which will be sent to you by email at the end of the booking process, either digitally or printed out, with you for the appointment.

Thanks for your patience in plowing through these lengthy (but necessary) terms and conditions.

Please do not use this additional service if you do not agree to these terms and conditions.

Please understand that the care of existing patients is our main priority.

We offer new patients with statutory health insurance online appointments for a thorough initial examination (skin cancer check-up or screening).

Please select “Skin cancer check-up from age 35” or “Skin cancer check-up self paying”.

Since this is an elective examination that can be planned ahead, we kindly ask you to attend the appointment without children.

PLEASE BOOK A SEPARATE TIME PER PERSON OR REQUEST.

Patient with disability (e.g. wheelchair):

Unfortunately, the practice is neither equipped nor staffed to care for wheelchair bound patients. Practices equipped for patients with disabilities are listed on the website of the KVB (Kassenärztliche Vereinigung Bayern, Bavaria Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians, www.kvb.de).

We ask privately insured patients who want to use this additional service to choose the “Basic Private Appointment” appointment type for a standard appointment.

The amount paid will be offset against your private GOÄ invoice at the appointment. Even for patients with private insurance, a refund of the amount is NOT possible if you do not attend the appointment (see above). However, even if you don't attend, you will receive a GOÄ invoice (already paid), which you can submit to your private health insurance company for reimbursement.

EXPERT MEDICAL COSMETICIANS

You can also book appointments for medical cosmetics here.

A deposit on the total amount is paid when booking. As a thank you for using the booking tool, we offer a discount of €5 on the total amount when booking online.

Reminder for foreign patients:

Please make sure you understand the terms and conditions outlined above. Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rebooked . Patients with statutory health insurance (public) may choose "Skin cancer check-up from age 35" if older than 35 years or "Skin cancer check-up self paying" if younger.
